Linda Biddle, Enrolled Agent
Linda Biddle began professionally preparing tax returns over 20 years ago. She has represented many taxpayers at IRS audit proceedings and has helped many to reduce tax liability.
Linda and her husband, Harold, are both retired USAF officers. Their daughter, Kristen, is a U of A grad and currently teaches at Sunnyside High School. Linda's experiences as an A.F. nurse stationed at bases throughout the world has given her a broad understanding of military tax situations.
Prior to becoming a partner, Linda worked for a major tax preparation firm at various locations across the country, before making Tucson her home. She was an office supervisor, advanced tax instructor and a district multi-state tax advisor.
Linda's many clients appreciate her personal, thorough, and professional service.
Mona Coury, Enrolled Agent
Mona Coury is a Career Tax professional with over 25 years experience. You could say taxes are in her blood, Mona's mom, Arlene, prepared taxes in Tucson for 10 years before convincing Mona this was the right job for her.
Prior to co-founding AZ Tax Partners, Mona helped her husband, Charles, manage their real estate investment and holding company in Tucson and Rocky Point, Mexico.
This gives her a unique perspective into both US and Mexico real estate tax laws.
Mona and Charles have two daughters, her youngest is in high school and her eldest is a student at the University of Arizona, majoring in business.
Terry Johnson, Enrolled Agent
Terry Johnson has been preparing taxes professionally for over 20 years. He has been an enrolled agent for 16 years, during which time he helped many taxpayers resolve their problems with the IRS and Arizona Department of Revenue.
Terry received a bachelor of science degree in business from Northern Illinois University and attended graduate school in Tucson at the U of A. A long time resident of Sam Hughes neighborhood, he is active with senior care in the community.
Prior to becoming an Arizona Tax Partner, Terry was the District Office Supervisor at the largest tax chain in Tucson. As a senior tax instructor he passed his tax knowledge to many of the area's current tax preparers.
Donna Kaniss, Enrolled Agent
Donna Kaniss moved from Baltimore, Maryland in 1978 and worked for a few years as a registered nurse. Donna received a masters degree in systems engineering at the U of A. She worked for 19 years at a local Tucson software company providing technical support to clients before making the transition to the tax preparation field.
Donna is an Enrolled Agent and has experience preparing all types of individual returns. As the newest associate she is a great asset to Arizona Tax Partners and her clients.
